At Jeng-Ja motorcycle rental we prize customer satisfaction, convenience and safety; our rental services provide various models of new motorcycles, each with different utility features and performance features based on customer needs. In order to assure customer safety and comfort, we perform regular maintenance procedures to ensure our bikes are in finest conditions; Jeng-Ja also provides complete insurance coverage plans and roadside assistance services.

查詢各租車地點剩餘機車數量，打電話聯絡據點預約或登入會員後直接網上預約。

Lookup the available scooters at the local store and call to make a reservation, or login to your account and reserve online.

備妥所需證件；本國人租用機車需提供身分證與機車駕照 ，外國人需提供居留證或護照、國際駕照或通用駕照。

Bring the required identification documents; Citizens needs to provide valid Identification and driver's license,
and foreigners need to provide passport or residence permit and (international) driver's license.

至據點填寫租賃契約並付款。(外國人士須備有信用卡)

Go to the local store and complete the lease contract and make payment. Foreigners need to pay the deposit with credit card.

與工作人員檢查機油、汽油、煞車等機車車況。

Check gas, engine oil, break and light and do general inspections with the store staff before get on the road.

  • 租用機車不得由承租人以外的人使用。租用時雙方當面對車輛、附屬配件等進行清點並試車。
  • 租車時間內要遵守交通法規行車，若有交通違規或事故，全由承租人負責。
  • 需準時歸還車輛，若不能按時歸還時，需事先電話連絡續租。
  • 所需汽油由承租人自理。
  • Leased motorcycles must only be operated by lessee and shall not be operated in any circumstances by other parties. Before rental completion and before return of motorcycle rental, customers and our attendants will perform a detailed quality checkup of motorcycle conditions to ensure the condition of the motorcycle.
  • Lessee must comply with traffic laws during operation of rental motorcycle, any violations or accidents will be the responsibility of the lessee.
  • Lessee must ensure punctual return of rental motorcycle based on contract; if contracted return date cannot be met, lessee must contact Jeng-Ja service consultants to extend lease.
  • Lessee are required to return rental motorcycle with same gasoline amount as rented.
